The Robert Welch Campden Cookware is constructed from the finest 18/10 stainless steel. The base of each pan features a copper/stainless steel 3 ply sandwich, allowing for even heat distribution across the whole base and leaving no hot spots.
Certain pan interiors are coated with Excalibur®, the patented reinforced no-stick system, which requires less oil/fat for frying so creating healthier cooking.
Robert Welch Campden Cookware is suitable for all cooking methods, including induction cooking.
We recommend that Campden Cookware is not exposed to oven temperatures greater than 220 degrees centigrade.
